A home originally constructed in the mid 1700’s, with it’s largest addition being completed in 1813, has undergone yet another update without losing its historic charm. The main feature of this project was the construction of a new Florida room which has a custom quad mull of EW300 double hungs. On the interior, the quad mull is prefinished white, with oil rubbed bronze locks and lifts. The exterior includes white sash with custom red 908 brickmoulding. Several cPVC components were used in order to eliminate future maintenance. Two-tone custom screens that perfectly match the sash and casing colors were also included. Adjacent to the quad mull is a four lite EPW300 picture window with matching site lines. The project also included the installation of several Heritage Sash Pacs.

This newly constructed log cabin home in beautiful Bucks County Pennsylvania features Eclipse EC300 aluminum clad windows. The unfinished pine window interior compliments the logs, while the outside boasts maintenance free black aluminum. Oil rubbed bronze sash lifts and tilt-locks where the hardware of choice as well as a combo wood-aluminum grille.
